CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking. Depending on the service, a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Your card will not be charged unless there are cancellations or no-shows in accordance with our cancellation policy. By submitting your card information, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment to avoid a 50% fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior communication, a 100% fee will be charged.
